8 March 2026Today, on World Human Rights Day 2025, NAS Magna Carta Deck, working through the Walk347 collaboration, reaffirm our support for our partners at Gratitude Charity. November was another opportunity to translate our ideals into action, standing firmly for dignity, compassion and the simple truth that human rights begin with meeting basic human needs.
Every month, we show up at Gratitude’s soup kitchen and community food stall. Walk347 volunteers work side by side with the Gratitude team to peel, chop, prepare, organise and distribute food and essential items. It is practical, hands-on work, grounded in our principle of All B4 Self.
Volunteering is a promise
As we chopped trays of butternut squash, sorted donations and attended to locals collecting food, one message remained clear:
Volunteering is more than service. It is a living promise that no one should go without.
Food, water and clothing are not privileges.
They are human rights.
Standing with Gratitude Charity
Gratitude Charity provides free food, produce and essential goods to the homeless, the vulnerable and families experiencing hardship. Their work delivers exactly what Human Rights Day calls us to remember:
hope, unity, trust and dignity.
NAS Magna Carta and Walk347 are proud to stand beside them.
Human Rights Day: Service in action
Human Rights Day is not only a global commemoration. For Walk347, it is a reminder that rights must be protected through daily acts of service. When we volunteer, we help uphold the right to food, the right to water and the right to dignity for those who rely on community support to get through difficult times.
Looking ahead
Our next volunteer day is scheduled for January 2026, and we remain committed to strengthening this partnership and deepening our service.
Service is not a seasonal gesture.
It is a discipline.
A responsibility.
A choice to put All B4 Self.
